Nter Now, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“us” or “we” or “our”) owns, operates and provides the https://nternow.com/ website and domain including, without limitation, all related webpages, applications, mobile applications, subdomains, subparts, and content of such website and domain (the “Site”) and the products and services (“Products and Services”) made available through the Site that may be purchased by a customer (each a “Customer”). Each visitor and/or user of the Site, including without limitation, a user acting on behalf of a Customer, is a “User”. When you are the User, you may be referred to in this Policy as “you” or “your”.
We have prepared this Privacy Policy for you (this “Policy”) to explain how we will handle the information you provide to us or that we collect in connection with the Products and Services and the Site. By accessing the Site, you are consenting to this Policy.
For purposes of this Policy, the following definitions shall apply:
We may collect, use, share, disclose, and/or process your Non-Personal Information and your Personal Information (i.e., including, without limitation, your Sensitive Personal Information) in connection with: (i) the Products and Services; (ii) your access of the Site; and/or (iii) our exchange of emails and online forms with you.

Some or all of Customer Data may be only available to Customer and not to all or most Users. We will generally not be able to make Customer Data available to a you, even upon your request.
For you, the Personal Information that we will normally collect, use, share, disclose, and/or process will consist of your name, email address, phone number, IP address, usage data (e.g. pages visited, time on site, etc.), information about the devices, browsers, and networks you use to access the Site and/or otherwise interact with us, behavioral analytics (e.g. navigation patterns, clicks, etc.), demographic data (age, areas of interest, educational, employment, and/or professional background, gender, race, etc.), location data, other personal information that you disclose to us when using the Products and Services, and your responses to our surveys and other requests for information. Since the Customer, and not you, is paying for the Products and Services, we will generally not be collecting, using, or processing any payment information from you (i.e., we will generally not be collecting, using, or processing credit card information, payment information, payment history, etc. from you).
For a Customer, in addition to the Personal Information that we will be collecting, using, sharing, disclosing, and/or processing from you as described above, we will also be collecting, using, sharing, disclosing, and processing additional data and information from such Customer needed to market, sell, and/or provide the Products and Services as well as payment information to enable such Customer to pay for the Products and Services.
We may collect, use and/or process Personal Information to contact you with advertising, offers, newsletters, marketing, or other promotional materials, but you may opt out at any time. We may also collect, use and/or process Personal Information to provide you access to and for your use of our Products and Services (including, without limitation, access to real properties) and to improve our Products and Services.
We may collect your Personal Information and then use, share, disclose, and/or process such Personal Information with our Customers who are the builders, property managers, and/or owners of real properties that you desire to access through the Site.
We may collect your Personal Information and then use, share, disclose, and/or process such Personal Information with our business partners and with other service providers in order to support our business operations and to provide the Products and Services. These business partners and service providers may include, without limitation, software manufacturers, developers, distributors, resellers, payment processors, financial institutions, materials production and shipping companies, postal or government authorities, information technology service providers, property managers, property management companies, real estate agents, real estate companies, and potential investors/acquirers of us and/or our assets. These business partners and service providers may be located inside or outside of the United States. Business partners and service providers are generally required by contract to keep the information received on behalf of us confidential and not use it for any purpose other than the purpose for which it was provided to them.
We may share, disclose, and/or process Personal Information with those persons to whom you have consented to such actions and/or as we are otherwise required to share, disclose, and/or process by legal process, law, and/or government authorities.
We will not sell, rent or lease your Personal Information to others without your consent.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to implement safeguards to help us protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, use and disclosure. Even with the security measures we do have in place, the nature of the Internet and its methods of data transmission means that we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of Personal Information or any other information or data.
By using the Site and/or the Products and Services, you consent to our use of cookies and similar technologies. These technologies generally allow the Site and the Products and Services to store relevant information in your browser or device and later read that information in order to identify you to our servers or internal systems. We treat all such information as Non-Personal Information. We are located in the United States. If you are a resident of any country outside the United States, you understand and agree that we collect, use, process, transfer and your Personal Information on computers located in the United States, and that by providing any information to us, you consent to the transfer of such information to the United States.
The laws of certain U.S. states, including, without limitation, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended), to the extent applicable to us and to you, may provide you with the right to: (i) obtain from us the Personal Information that we have and what we do with such Personal Information; (ii) request that we delete Personal Information and/or not sell or share Personal Information; (iii) correct any inaccurate Personal Information; and/or (iv) limit our use and disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information. If you choose to exercise such rights, you have the right to not to receive discriminatory treatment or a lesser degree of service from us. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may decline to process requests to access, correct, or delete Personal Information that are frivolous/vexatious, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access, correction, or deletion is not otherwise required by applicable laws. We may also decline aspects of access, correction, and/or deletion requests if we believe doing so would undermine our legitimate use of such Personal Information for anti-fraud and security purposes. We generally keep Personal Information as long as we need it to provide our Products and Services, comply with legal obligations, and/or protect our or other’s interests.

We reserve the right to make corrections, changes or amendments to this Policy at any time by posting the revised Policy on the Site. Your continued purchase of the Products and Services and/or your access of the Site shall mean that you have consented to this Policy, as updated.
