That product is typically for a first-time home buyer or a renter. So when they're looking to move and want to move quickly, we have a nice demographic range in our CB Jeni, but primarily a younger Gen Z and millennial buyer. They definitely want to do things on their own terms.

They want to be able to tour and do what they want, when they want. Self-touring has been a great means to accommodate that from a customer perspective.
